U.S. defense newcomer Castelion declared Friday it will incorporate its budget-friendly, extensive-range, hypersonic strike arms with active Army and Navy platforms.

Per the freshly inked agreement, Castelion will team up with both armed forces divisions to assimilate its hypersonic “Blackbeard” weapon system onto functional platforms and partake in live-fire drills.

The company stated the novel weapon tech will propel the Department of War’s endeavors to assess and hasten fresh, economical strike proficiencies for established deterrence.

“Blackbeard” is Castelion’s inaugural extended-range, hypersonic strike weapon, tailored for mass manufacturing and prompt deployment post incorporation and assessments.

In May, War Secretary Pete Hegseth voiced the Pentagon’s endeavors to outpace China amidst an armament surge involving the communist state and adversaries such as Russia and Iran.

Hegseth communicated to Fox News anchor Will Cain that the Pentagon was fortifying a U.S. armed force poised to avert prospective discord between the two nations.
