Joe Rogan has reportedly ascended to the number one position on Apple Podcasts, supplanting 'The Daily' from the New York Times.

According to a Tuesday report from The Hollywood Reporter, Joe Rogan’s podcast has reached the summit of another major streaming service in 2025.

“The Joe Rogan Experience” secured the No. 1 podcast position in the U.S. on Apple Podcasts for 2025, a feat achieved due to Rogan’s substantial listenership this year.

Rogan’s discussions with prominent figures, such as billionaire Elon Musk in February, played a key role in elevating his show from third position in 2024 to the top spot on Apple this year.

The podcast surpassed The New York Times’ podcast “The Daily,” which previously held Apple’s leading position in 2024.

The crime series “Crime Junkie” experienced a drop from second place in 2024 to fourth in 2025, while “The Mel Robbins Podcast” climbed to No. 2 this year.

Rogan’s episode featuring Musk secured the fourth position among the most-listened-to episodes on Apple Podcasts in 2025, surpassing President Donald Trump’s interview on “The Daily,” which was ranked fifth.

NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce’s show, “New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce,” outperformed both programs this year with their episode featuring pop star Taylor Swift, who is now engaged to Travis Kelce.

“The Taylor Swift Episode” was the third-most-listened-to episode, following a “Crime Junkie” episode in second place and “The Telepathy Tapes,” which claimed the top spot.

“The Joe Rogan Experience” also holds the position of the second-most-followed show on Apple’s U.S. charts for 2025, second only to “The Mel Robbins Podcast.”

Rogan’s ascent on Apple’s charts follows his show’s ongoing prominence on Spotify, where “The Joe Rogan Experience” has been the leading U.S. podcast for several years. The show also leads Spotify charts in other English-speaking nations, including the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

As of now, representatives for Rogan have not responded to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
