Devotees of Selling the OC have witnessed transformations within the ensemble, both in their personal lives and on camera, from the show’s inaugural episode.
The franchise was born with Selling Sunset, launching in 2019 and quickly becoming a Netflix hit. The audience got to know the agents at The Oppenheim Group, a high-end real estate firm in Los Angeles, which then grew into Selling the OC as the spotlight shifted to the Newport Beach division of the group. There have also been two series centered on other businesses, Selling Tampa and Selling the City, each with one season released.
Selling the OC made its debut in 2022, with Jason Oppenheim trying to manage his staff as they balanced their personal and work lives. The original cast for season 1 included Polly Brindle, Alex Hall, Gio Helou, Brandi Marshall, Tyler Stanaland, Austin Victoria, Kayla Cardona and Alexandra Jarvis, but the show has since experienced cast changes.
