FIRST ON FOX: Hundreds of State Department employees will be compensated following an internal review under Secretary Marco Rubio that revealed they were denied promotions during the Biden administration for failing to meet new diversity, equity, and inclusion standards.
Besides eliminating the diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) principle from the State Department’s promotion process, officials stated that roughly 295 employees who were penalized for not demonstrating they would “seek diversity in staff” will now receive salary increases, administrative promotions, and letters of recognition.
