A former college classmate of Prince William and Kate Middleton has died following a fall from a rooftop, reportedly a 100-foot drop.

A British socialite and reality television personality, who attended college with Prince William and Kate Middleton, died Thursday following a rooftop fall, London police told Fox News Digital on Tuesday.

“On Thursday, October 30, at 23:02hrs, officers responded to reports of a man on the roof of a Cockspur Street, Westminster building,” a Metropolitan Police spokesperson stated to Fox News Digital.

The spokesperson added, “The man unfortunately fell from a height. Despite efforts from the London Ambulance Service, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The death is being treated as unexpected but not suspicious.”

Sources say he fell from the upscale Trafalgar St. James Hotel. According to People magazine, the fall was roughly 100 feet.

Duncan, 45, who appeared on British reality programs such as “Big Brother,” was enrolled at Scotland’s St. Andrews University at the same time as William and Middleton, when they began dating.

Sources claim he was an acquaintance of the couple during their time at St. Andrews and was among the first to learn of their relationship, according to the Daily Mail, which initially reported the story.

Reports say he also attended the school’s famous student fashion show where Middleton reportedly gained William’s attention while walking the runway in a sheer dress.

“It was their first year ending,” Duncan previously told the Daily Mail regarding the fashion show. “I attended, and there were many attractive women present. She wore a daring, sheer stocking-like dress. He sat in the front row, eyes wide.”

He continued, “She passed by him en route to the catwalk, changing everything — the entire history of the monarchy was altered.”
