Khloé Kardashian shared a surprising detail regarding her intimate life.
In the Thursday, October 23, episode of The Kardashians, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian brought up Julia Fox and her choice to be celibate, which resonated with the younger Kardashian sister.
“I haven’t been intimate in over three years,” Khloé, 41, revealed, noting her prioritization of family and career over pursuing a romantic relationship.
Khloé’s friends doubted her, but she defended her statement, adding, “I’m not texting anyone or have anyone’s phone number. I don’t possess nudes.”
The reality TV personality has previously defended her choice to abstain from seeking a sexual partner after her publicized breakup with Tristan Thompson. Khloé and Thompson, 34, parents to True, 7, and Tatum, 3, were in an on-again, off-again relationship from 2016 to 2021, before ending things permanently due to his repeated infidelity.
“Tristan and I, we always get along well. He and I have a great friendship. We are fine together, and for my children, I will set aside anything. The past is the past, so why would I continue to hold onto [prior drama]?” Khloé commented on The Kardashians in June 2023. “I don’t need to punish him since we aren’t getting back together.”
Khloé stated that setting boundaries has helped her start anew with Thompson. “If I am not present, he is. I prefer him over a nanny. There are still boundaries. I definitely put my foot down regarding a lot,” she added. “No one is here relaxing if there aren’t children involved. It’s always about the kids, period. But we don’t hang out alone.”
Later that year, Khloé refuted rumors about a secret reconciliation with Thompson.
“Stop pushing this narrative. It’s getting old. However, I guess you’ll continue with the narrative you want no matter what I say, so what’s the point,” she commented on a 2023 fan post suggesting Khloé was about to announce she was dating the NBA player again. “It’s draining, but I’ve learned people will only understand to the degree of their own perception. Most are stuck believing the lies because that’s the narrative they want to promote. Have fun…. Some things are just as simple as they appear.”
According to Khloé, her and Thompson’s priority has been their children, regardless of their personal challenges.
“I know it’s a cliché, but I adore everything, including the difficult aspects,” she shared with Elle in an August 2022 interview. “My children challenge me as an individual, and the ability to mold little people into truly incredible adults is an honor and a blessing.”
